Reconciling country, culture and cuisine: in conversation with Ben Shewry & Bruce Pascoe over dinner
Join award-winning Bunurong/Yuin scholar and writer, Bruce Pascoe, and the world-renowned owner-chef Ben Shewry of Attica as they delve deep into questions of history, culture, country, gastronomy, sustainability and reconciliation in a facilitated converstation over a three-course meal with wine.
Dinner will be catered by the fabulous team at Melbourne Farmers Markets with ingredients and wine sourced from Victorian producers.
