Reconciling country, culture and cuisine: in conversation with Ben Shewry & Bruce Pascoe over dinner

Join award-winning Bunurong/Yuin scholar and writer, Bruce Pascoe, and the world-renowned owner-chef Ben Shewry of Attica as they delve deep into questions of history, culture, country, gastronomy, sustainability and reconciliation in a facilitated converstation over a three-course meal with wine.

Dinner will be catered by the fabulous team at Melbourne Farmers Markets with ingredients and wine sourced from Victorian producers.

It is with the generous financial contribution of Moreland City Council that this dinner is made possible.

This event is organised as a part of the 2018 Urban Agriculture Forum organised by Sustain: the Australian Food Network.
