Lagotto in Fitzroy North is a new collaboration between Millieu Hospitality Group, Flack Studio and chef David Fisher. Bridging the gap between cafe, restaurant and local deli, Lagotto offers different things to different people. The bold and unapologetic design is a visual feast which welcomes you in with characteristic Italian hospitality and European flair. Rich materials are used generously and with enthusiasm, with islands of polished natural stone sitting amongst the deep-red terrazzo floor.

Stamford Park Homestead

Stamford Park Homestead has been wonderfully reimagined by seasoned restaurateur Jason Jones (Entrecôte, Bouzy, Second Home) and interior designer and partner, Brahman Perera. We are so excited that this historical gem is located just 28km South East of Melbourne’s CBD! The beautiful mix of both classic and modern design reflects the incredible history and current evolution of Stamford Park. Designed by Jones’ partner, Brahman Perera, the interior plays on the tradition of early Australian homesteads, incorporating lush upholsteries, mixed solid timbers, honed marble and natural rattan forming a rich material palette.

Designstuff Flagship Showroom

We had a great evening last night celebrating the opening of the much anticipated Designstuff Flagship Showroom. The space is an intimate eye catching spot on the ground floor, with double height spaces with loads of natural sun, creating the perfect backdrop to showcase the beautiful product. The showroom features a retail space with shelves carefully arranged with homewares, a kitchen and a bathroom display as well as a kids corner. We love the curated selection of products that they stock from Menu, Kristina Dam, Ferm Living, Muuto, Middle of Nowhere Melbourne, Oliver furniture, By Wirth to Cam Cam Copenhagen, with many of the brands being from Danish and Australian design houses. For all of you design lovers, it’s must visit!
